Built and led by a physiotherapist, this class targets the exact dysfunctions caused by desk work — not just general flexibility or strength.
This is not a follow-along workout. It’s a targeted reset for your body, backed by biomechanics and clinical reasoning.

Do I need to be fit or flexible to attend?
Not at all. This class is designed for people who don’t move enough, not people who are already active. Every exercise is adapted to your current range and ability. If you can sit at a desk all day, you can do this class.
How is this different from yoga or pilates?
This is a physiotherapy-led movement class, not a fitness or wellness class. Every exercise is selected for a specific clinical purpose — to address the postural and mobility patterns that develop from prolonged sitting. Harshitha is an HCPC-registered physiotherapist, so the programming is grounded in musculoskeletal science, not tradition or trends.
