This one-on-one session is carefully tailored to your body, focusing on the areas that need it most. Each technique is delivered with precision to release tight muscles, reduce discomfort, and support recovery, helping you move more freely and feel lighter.

  • Comprehensive assessment of the area of discomfort
  • Dry needling & acupuncture
  • Identification of key muscle imbalances
  • Guidance on maintaining results
  • Personalised aftercare advice

This session is right for you if…

You have persistent muscle tightness or tension that doesn’t fully resolve with rest
You experience referred pain — for example, pain down the arm from the neck, or down the leg from the glute
You’re an athlete in recovery and want to address soft tissue restriction
You’ve tried massage alone and not achieved lasting results

Questions about Needle & Release

Does dry needling hurt?
The needles are very fine — most people feel a brief local twitch response, which is normal and indicates the trigger point has been targeted. Any discomfort is short-lived and typically described as a deep, momentary ache rather than sharp pain. The sensation passes quickly.
Is dry needling safe?
Yes. Harshitha is a member of the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists), which requires specific postgraduate training and ongoing CPD in dry needling. All needles are sterile and single-use. She will take a brief clinical history before proceeding to confirm the treatment is appropriate for you.
