When I was 16, my father had a brain stroke. What followed changed everything — watching physiotherapists help him find his way back to movement, to independence, to himself. I never forgot it. That’s why I do this.
The experience behind the care
I trained at the University of Glasgow, where I completed a Master’s in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health Science. Since then I’ve worked across some of the most demanding clinical environments in the UK — as a First Contact Practitioner in NHS GP surgeries, and on the ground at events like the London Marathon.
I’ve worked with semi-professional football clubs, golf clubs and endurance athletes. I’ve conducted ergonomic and biomechanical assessments for people whose pain starts at a desk and follows them home. Every environment has taught me something different about how bodies work — and how people recover.
What happens in a session
Every session begins with listening. Not just to your symptoms, but to what you’re worried about, what you’ve tried, and what you want your life to look like when this is behind you. From there, every assessment and every treatment plan is built around you — not a protocol.
Patients consistently tell me they leave feeling like things finally make sense. That clarity isn’t a bonus. It’s how recovery actually starts.
Why The PhysioSphere
I founded The PhysioSphere around a simple truth — the people who need expert care the most are often the ones with the least time to find it. Saturday and Sunday appointments, one-to-one, in the heart of London. No waiting lists. No compromises.
