Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of The PhysioSphere website and services, provided by Harshitha Bhaskaracharya (HCPC: PH120373), trading as The PhysioSphere Ltd, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. By booking or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

The PhysioSphere provides MSK (musculoskeletal) physiotherapy on a weekend-only basis at Light Centre Marylebone, London W1H 6AZ, delivered by a HCPC-registered physiotherapist. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999.

3. Booking Platform

Appointments booked directly via our website are managed through Cliniko, our practice management platform (Cliniko Pty Ltd). By booking, you acknowledge that your appointment and contact details will be processed by Cliniko in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. Cliniko is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant.

Appointments made via ClassPass are subject to ClassPass's own terms of service and privacy policy. ClassPass clients receive the same standard of clinical care but pricing, cancellation terms, and booking processes are governed by ClassPass. Any complaints regarding ClassPass bookings should be directed to ClassPass in the first instance.

5. Health Information & Consent

You must provide accurate and complete health information prior to treatment, including relevant medical history, current medications, and any contraindications. You must inform us of any changes to your health between sessions.

Health information you provide constitutes special category data under UK GDPR and is handled accordingly. It is used solely for the purpose of delivering your physiotherapy care. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how health data is processed, stored, and protected.

Informed consent will be obtained before any assessment or treatment commences. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, though this may affect our ability to continue providing care.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees are as listed on our website at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change; changes will not affect appointments already confirmed. Payment is due at or before your appointment. We do not offer refunds on completed sessions.

7. Liability

The PhysioSphere will deliver services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with HCPC and CSP professional standards. Our liability in connection with any treatment is limited to the fee paid for that specific session. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
